Create your account
Choose Find care when signing up and confirm your email. You can arrange support for yourself or help a family member find the right caregiver.

Find the right fit
Browse approved caregivers and compare the in-home support they offer, experience, service area, availability, and total hourly price. Choose someone whose profile fits your needs.

Discuss the care you need
Talk through the support required, household routines, preferred schedule, and expectations before committing. Our team can help coordinate an introduction. Share sensitive information privately.

Review your visit details
Confirm the caregiver, services, date, hours, and location. The client or family member pays for care. Review the complete price and any applicable fees in the booking flow before authorizing payment.

Confirm arrival and completion
For an arranged visit, both you and the caregiver accept the appointment. The caregiver checks in on arrival and you confirm the recorded time. After care, both confirm completion in Your visits.

Share feedback and appreciation
Rate your completed visit and report concerns for team review. When bonus payments are available, you can send an optional Thank-you bonus after both sides confirm completion. Your caregiver receives 100% of it.

Join and confirm your email
Choose Provide care when creating your account. Confirm your email before uploading identification or credentials. Your caregiver application is separate from account registration.

Build your profile
Add your introduction, experience, service area, and in-home services. Choose your available days and hours and desired hourly rate. Upload a clear, current profile photo on the first profile page—it is required to continue.

Upload your credentials
Submit your government-issued photo ID, CPR and first aid certificate, caregiving training or certification, and Med-Tech certification. Add a professional license when applicable. Required documents must be current, and your photo must match your ID.

Complete the safety review
Submit your application. Care Now reviewers verify credentials, compare your profile photo with your ID, and record completed screening and reference checks. We may request corrections, additional information, or separate screening authorization.

Get approved and prepare for care
Your profile appears to families after approval while your credentials and screening remain current. Clients choose caregivers who fit their needs. Confirm each arranged appointment and keep your availability updated. Approval does not guarantee bookings.

Set up payments after approval
No bank information is required to create or submit your profile. After approval, connect your bank through secure payout setup when it is enabled. Confirm arrival and completion for every visit. You keep 100% of any Thank-you bonus.

Both participants confirm arrival and completion. Reports of lateness, no-shows, or poor service are reviewed by Care Now and may reduce a rating. A report alone does not change the rating.
After completed care, an optional Thank-you bonus is a way to show appreciation. The caregiver receives 100%. Care Now keeps none of it.
